Self imposed limitations. If we are honest we all have limits to overcome.

If you have ever said “I can’t do that because….” then you have just created a self imposed limitation you now need to overcome.

The way to overcome limitations is by first realizing that you have either self-imposed limitations or limitations others have placed on you.

  • When people say “you can’t do that because” and you agree with them you are accepting their imposed limitations.
  • Their imposed limitations then become your own self-imposed limitations.
  • By agreeing you are not acting.

Only by acting on your self-imposed limitations will you overcome the limitation.
